Formation

Objectif

Le prestataire propose des sessions de formation à distance dédiées aux administrateurs de l’environnement Adequacy (jusqu’à 5 participants par session).

Ces sessions courtes et ciblées, d’une durée de 1 à 2 heures, sont conçues pour permettre une prise en main rapide, efficace et autonome de la solution.

Programme

Chaque session combine présentation fonctionnelle, démonstrations pratiques et temps d’échange, afin de favoriser une appropriation progressive des fonctionnalités clés.

Sessions de formation

Le nombre de sessions est adapté selon la version de la solution
choisie :

Offre Start : 2 sessions

Offre Essentiel : 3 sessions

Offre expert : 4 sessions

Supports pédagogiques

Deux supports pédagogiques sont remis aux participants :

› Un guide Administrateur, complet et orienté vers la gestion avancée de l’environnement Adequacy.

› Un guide Utilisateur, conçu pour accompagner les usages quotidiens de la solution.

L'accompagnement

Assistance dès l’activation

Dès le déploiement de votre environnement Adequacy, vous bénéficiez d’un accès illimité à notre service d’assistance pendant les deux premiers mois, afin de garantir une prise en main fluide et sécurisée de la solution.

Périmètre d’Intervention

Notre assistance couvre l’ensemble des sujets suivants :

Utilisation fonctionnelle des modules et de la solution au quotidien.

Soutien technique (accès, performance, compatibilité.

Gestion des incidents et alertes en cas de dysfonctionnement (cf. Gestion des incidents.

Pour une gestion efficace, les demandes doivent idéalement être centralisées par un référent interne (ou son suppléant), ayant suivi la formation Administrateur fonctionnel.

Disponibilité

Notre service d’assistance est ouvert du lundi au vendredi, de 9h à 18h (hors jours fériés).

Toutes les demandes sont traitées sur ces plages horaires afin de garantir réactivité et qualité de réponse.
