Because in article 30 of the RGPD, there is not only paragraph 1, the ADEQUACY team was interested in the Subcontractor Register.

We started by hosting a webinar where we tried to show you what a subcontractor register should look like.

Because for us, organizations that take on the role of subcontractor could no longer remain an outcast, we provided registrants with the model presented during this webinar.

As a continuation of our awareness-raising process, Patrick TIEV has prepared a video for us whose secret he knows. In this video, he discusses the obligation to keep a register of subcontractor treatment categories.
