Adequacy appoints Fabrice de Salaberry as Chief Executive Officer

Fabrice de Salaberry is taking the lead of Adequacy — the market‑leading provider of data‑privacy compliance solutions — with a mandate to launch a new chapter of accelerated growth.

Paris, 5 May 2025 – Following strengthening its governance with the arrival of Bernard Fort and Bernard Kirsch on both its Advisory Board and cap‑table, Adequacy announces the appointment of its new CEO, Fabrice de Salaberry.

His arrival coincides with the company’s ambition to accelerate growth and gain further market share among large accounts in France and across Europe.

Previously, Fabrice de Salaberry served as COO of Sinequa, the global leader in intelligent search (RAG) for large organizations, acquired by ChapsVision in November 2024. Before that, he was CEO of Active Circle, a secure platform for sharing and archiving massive volumes of scientific and multimedia data, until its acquisition by Oodrive in 2014. Earlier, he was COO of Atempo, a data‑archiving and backup specialist, which he left in 2011 following its acquisition by ASG Software Solutions.
